Pozíció: SALES PLANNING ASSISTANT Jelentkezem!

Task and duties:
- Communication with Ibiden’s international Sales offices
- Daily management of forecasts based on customer demand and production results
- Stock level monitoring
- Supporting the organization and planning of deliveries
- Supporting financial documentation related to the Sales offices
- Daily / weekly meeting organization and conducting with Sales Offices
- Supporting preparation for Customer visits
- Supporting confirmation of feasibility for new or special customer requests
- Monitor the forecast/result of cost for financial reports

Requirements:
- Secondary education
- 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Intermediate level of English
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel and Power Point
- Ambitious, hands-on team player, positive attitude
